In the music video, the idol is surrounded by natural beauty, evoking a bright and lovely warm-weather mood that matches the theme of the song. "Talk To Me" is a mid-tempo pop song that contains Jiwon's heart-fluttering confession to someone she wants to spend a magical summer night with. The song is the second of an ongoing music project focusing on the different situations and feelings involved with love. The first song from the project was "Before the Petals Fall" by EXO's Chen, which was released back in May.
