On the April 28 episode of SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny,' actress and model Choi Yeo Jin appeared with her fiancé Kim Jae Wook, revealing their unique wedding photo journey across all four seasons.
Despite the rainy weather, Choi Yeo Jin climbed a mountain with Kim Jae Wook to capture their wedding photos. Kim Jae Wook, a businessman seven years her senior and previously divorced, accompanied her in the shoot. Choi cheerfully said, “Don’t I look like a cherry blossom?” and added, “They say if it rains during your wedding photos, it means the marriage will be a happy one.”
The couple shared that they have been shooting themed wedding photos for each season including cherry blossoms in spring, surfing in summer, golf in autumn, and skiing in winter. Choi explained that the winter shoot took place at Yongpyong Ski Resort during a snowstorm. “We love sports and wanted to make it fun with snap-style photos. What started as something light turned into a big project,” she said.
The spring shoot took place at Bulam Mountain. While climbing in the rain, Kim asked the photographer whether many couples take wedding photos in all four seasons. The photographer answered that it was fairly common. Choi then said, “I have to be ahead. This is my last marriage,” and Kim responded with a smile, “Mine too.”
Choi Yeo Jin, a 25-year modeling veteran, posed with a natural smile throughout the shoot. Kim Jae Wook, on the other hand, struggled under the photographer’s direction, receiving feedback on his expressions. Commentator Kim Gu Ra comforted him by saying, “You did your best. Well done.”
Actor Lee Kyu Han jokingly remarked, “Knowing Choi Yeo Jin, be thankful it was only four shoots. It could have been twelve from January to December. If you count holidays, it might have been twenty.” Choi concluded by saying, “The final photos are great, but the process itself became a wonderful memory.”
