Former Wonder Girls member Hyerim is giving viewers a rare look into her childhood as she reveals her family’s home in Hong Kong for the first time on KBS 2TV’s 'The Return of Superman.'
The upcoming 571st episode, airing on the evening of April 30, is titled “Traveling Together Doubles the Happiness.” It will feature stories from celebrity parents including Hyerim and her 37-month-old son Si Woo, alongside brothers Min Ho and Min Woo, joined by hosts Park Soo Hong, Choi Ji Woo, and Ahn Young Mi.
In this episode, Hyerim visits her childhood home in Hong Kong with her husband, Shin Min Chul, and their son. The high-rise apartment, complete with a spacious garden and swimming pool, leaves a strong impression with its luxurious setting. As she returns to the place where she grew up, Hyerim is visibly moved and excited. She visits her old bedroom and recalls fond memories from her school days. Pointing to a desk in the room, she shares that it’s where she checked the results of her JYP Entertainment audition, marking the beginning of her journey as a K-pop star.
Viewers are also treated to childhood photos of Hyerim that show off her bright eyes, signature crescent-shaped smile, and adorable dimples—all features that her son Si Woo seems to have inherited.
