BTS Jungkook's solo song 'Euphoria' remains popular worldwide despite being released over 2 years ago. It is the longest-charting K-pop solo song on Billboard World Digital Song Sales (49 weeks) and just recently surpassed 200 million streams on Spotify, maintaining its title as the most streamed Korean B-side track and BTS solo song of all time.
Recently Anghami, the biggest music streaming platform in the Arab world, released "Top K-pop 2020" list. BTS' Grammy-nominated hit 'Dynamite' tops the list, while Jungkook's 'Euphoria' ranks at #7. With this, 'Euphoria' becomes the most popular Korean B-side and BTS solo song on Anghami for the year 2020.
Other artists who made it into Top10 are Blackpink Jennie with her solo song 'Solo' and Twice with 'Fancy.'
Jungkook's 'Euphoria' has been enjoying solid popularity in the Arab world since long ago. The clip below shows a group of Arab ARMY singing 'Euphoria' prior to BTS' concert in Saudi Arabia in 2019, complete with the "Annyeong haseyo choneun Bangtan Seonyeondan hwanggeum maknae Jeon Jungkook imnida" fanchant.
A Korean show visited a family in Egypt. The daughter, Basmala mentioned her bias is Jungkook and when being asked to pick one of BTS most popular songs, she sang 'Euphoria.'
Arab fans not only love 'Euphoria,' they adore the singer too. Jungkook is hugely popular in the Arab world, which explains why he is the most searched K-pop idol on Google in most of the Arab countries, including Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and more.
