While FIFTY FIFTY's Aran, Sio, and Saena continue their fight, Keena has withdrawn her lawsuit against ATTRAKT. 

On October 16, it was reported that Keena decided to retract her lawsuit against ATTRAKT and possibly return to the agency. Keena had submitted a withdrawal of her appeal to the court after changing her legal representative from law firm Barun to Shinwon.

In response, ATTRAKT stated they are willing to speak with Keena and discuss possibly resuming her activities with the agency.

Back in June, FIFTY FIFTY filed for a provisional injunction to suspend their exclusive contract with ATTRAKT, claiming that the members faced various issues with the agency, such as non-transparent settlements and unilateral attempts to enforce contracts despite health conditions.

As this conflict unfolded, there were rumors that FIFTY FIFTY was planning to move to The Givers. This outsourcing company was already managing the girl group's activities under a tributary contract with ATTRAKT, which further fueled the speculation.

Since then, the girls have been keeping a firm stance against ATTRAKT. It has been approximately four months since the initial controversy was made public. FIFTY FIFTY's members have been presenting a united front against ATTRAKT. However, Keena’s recent change of heart has taken fans and netizens by surprise.
