MS Team Entertainment strongly denied Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin's dating rumors.
On January 22, a rep from Son Ye Jin's agency spoke with TV Daily and stated, "We are in a frustrating situation due to the constant dating rumors involving Hyun Bin. We have checked with the actress herself twice and she has unchangingly said it is not true. Nothing has changed on that part but it's continuing to receive attention."
Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin, who have worked together on the film 'The Negotiation,' were swept up in dating rumors in early January. The rumors recently sparked again after photos of them grocery shopping together in the U.S surfaced online.
The rep explained, "Son Ye Jin has shared multiple times in an interview that a close unnie of hers live in the U.S. In the past, she has visited the states to attend her wedding. This time, she also went to go visit her. The unnie is a non-celebrity so we cannot reveal the details on her location but Son Ye Jin visited her during her trip to the U.S and while in the states, she heard Hyun Bin is also traveling. They had an impromptu gathering and went on a grocery shopping together. The two were alone the time they were pushing the cart (in the photos) but other peers were also with them."
Meanwhile, Hyun Bin's side also denied the rumors, claiming the two are just close friends.

Sounds like a bunch of rubbish to me. All those agencies keep lying and changing the narrative until the couple finally gives up and comes clean. It's disappointing that she was swept in those rumors while she simultaneously announced that she will be pairing up with Jung Hae In in a new drama (with same PD and writer) as leads (and possibly lovers). I really shipped them but knowing she is eyeing someone else IRL makes it kinda sour..
