In a recent interview, Boyfriend expressed their determination to work as if they just started.

Boyfriend made a comeback with their 5th mini album 'NEVER END' on August 9, their first domestic album in 2 years and 5 months.

They revealed how they felt about being away from Korean promotions for such a long time. "We prepared for this album while each member took their rests and received their lessons. As our hiatus grew longer, it is true our worries started to get bigger as well. The worry of the possibility of not being able to stand on a stage again, but more than anything else, we felt really bad for our fans," they shared.

Jeongmin talked about the group's title track "Star", saying, "It was little difficult to arrange the sounds of the song to fit the dance performance because this track has strong ballad emotions attached to it. I tried to express the sweetness of the song as much as possible while incorporating a sad thought into it."

Lastly, Boyfriend sent out a quick message to their fans, "From now on, we won't make you wait again. We'd like to say thank you once again."
