Girls' Generation appeared on Mnet's 'Beatles Code 3D' on March 18 where members Hyoyeon and Tiffany talked about how they've changed since their debut.  

Hyoyeon said, "In the past, when monitoring, I would focus greatly on myself, but now I look at the bigger picture.  Rather than looking at herself, Tiffany looks at the whole group."

Tiffany said, "Once in a while, there are ambitious members," making everyone laugh. The MCs asked, "Who acts pretty excessively?"  Tiffany answered honestly, "They tell me that I'm a bit excessive today."

Shindong added, "Tiffany improved a lot with her Korean," which made her laugh and say, "These days, I hear a lot that I got smart."  Shin Dong Yup brought up the time Tiffany was on a variety program in the past and said, "You were just so frustrating back then, I thought I was going to die," making everyone laugh.
