Previously we reported that SS501's Kim Kyu Jong would participate as the role of 'Lee Shin (Prince Shin)' in the musical "GOONG" which will be staged in Japan and now more information has arisen. The musical premiered last year in Korea and TVXQ's Yunho was cast as the leading role of Prince Shin. The musical was a hot topic because the attendance figures showed that more than 60% of the audience were foreigners with the Japanese making up the largest portion. On Kim Kyu Jong's role, the production company stated, "Kim Kyu Jong has already shown off his impressive vocal and dance talent while working with SS501. With his handsome looks, he's distinguished himself in a variety of fields. We're looking forward to working with him, as he is determined and passionate about his role." GOONG will be performed from June 11th, 2011 to July 1st, 2011 at the Minamiza Kabuki Theater in Kyoto. Ticket sales will begin on April 14th. Source mydaily via Nate
