On the latest episode of 'Park Bo Gum’s Cantabile,' Park Bo Gum playfully expressed his disappointment toward fellow 'When Life Gives You Tangerines' actor Lee Jun Young.
The April 25 episode of KBS 2TV’s 'The Seasons - Park Bo Gum’s Cantabile' featured actors Jung Eun Ji and Lee Jun Young as guests.
Jung Eun Ji and Lee Jun Young opened the show with a performance of "Dream." Park Bo Gum commented, “I remember meeting you on music shows,” as he reminisced about Jung Eun Ji’s time in Apink and Lee Jun Young’s days with U-KISS.

Now marking 15 and 12 years since their respective debuts, Jung Eun Ji and Lee Jun Young returned to the stage as singers. Lee Jun Young, who has been focused on acting, admitted with a laugh, “I didn’t expect to be singing in front of so many people again. I’ve gotten used to singing solo, and it made me think something felt off.”
Park Bo Gum shared that despite Lee Jun Young’s shy demeanor, he has a surprising charm, revealing that Lee Jun Young recently entered a hip-hop dance battle. Lee Jun Young added, “Luckily, I made it to the Round of 16 this year,” and even showed off his dance moves. Jung Eun Ji marveled, “How does it feel to move like that?”

Park Bo Gum and Lee Jun Young both appeared on Netflix’s 'My Name Is Gabriel,' but Park Bo Gum said, “We didn’t have overlapping scenes while acting, which was disappointing. It’s so nice to finally meet like this,” before reenacting a scene from the show, making everyone laugh.
When Lee Jun Young said, “We met twice, at the wrap party and at the script reading,” Park Bo Gum replied, “I remember exchanging numbers. I sent a message saying, ‘It was nice meeting you,’ but never got a reply. I thought maybe I had the wrong number, but after the meeting yesterday, I realized the number was right.”
Park Bo Gum continued with a grin, “I was a little hurt. But you must have been busy. I should’ve knocked more, maybe even called and said, ‘It’s me.’” Lee Jun Young explained, “The phone I use tends to drop texts often.”

Park Bo Gum added playfully, “We parted ways late that night, so you were probably tired. I’m not hung up on it.”
Seeing Lee Jun Young flustered, Jung Eun Ji noted, “He was shy when we first met.” Park Bo Gum teased again, “Did he reply after you exchanged numbers?” to which Jung Eun Ji replied, “Thankfully, yes. But he often leaves me on read.”

Raising his hand to defend himself, Lee Jun Young said, “Honestly, I don’t check my phone much. I have 999 messages on my messenger app, so I miss a lot,” and apologized, causing a burst of laughter.
Later in the show, Jung Eun Ji wowed with a powerful performance of The Sea of a Child and Me. Lee Jun Young, who had to follow her, joked, “I don’t know how I’m supposed to sing after that,” and added, “Even though I often play villains, I quietly enjoy listening to music.” He then sang Na Yoon Kwon’s 'If It Were Me,' accompanied by Park Bo Gum on piano.
