Former DJ DOC member, Park Jung Hwan, has revealed that he fully intends to continue with the defamation of character lawsuit he filed against Lee Haneul and Kim Chang Ryul. On November 21st, Park Jung Hwan told Star News, "I have no thoughts of withdrawing the lawsuit... I have received notice calling for my attendance from the Police. I will soon be taking part in the police investigation." He continued, "I couldn't sleep a wink yesterday. I'm constantly suffering from stress... I have put my current job on hold temporarily and I'm focusing my attention on this [lawsuit]." For those of you who haven't kept up with the story, DJ DOC's former member Park Jung Hwan sued Lee Haneul and Kim Chang Ryul for calling him"rhythmicaly challenged" on TV while discussing their past member line-up changes. Lee Haneul publicly apologized after realizing that his first apology had not come across the way he had intended. Haneul stated that Jung Hwan did not actually lack a sense of rhythm. Further, he stated that he will be pulling out of the entertainment industry to show how truly sincere he was. Since then, Lee Haneul has expressed his feelings about the current situation and has called out to Jung Hwan asking to resolve the misunderstanding, on his twitter. Source + Photo: Star News
