Here's a common experience when Youtubing K-Pop in a public place. You're watching a boy band do some fresh dance moves, when somebody naive to the K-Pop world takes a look at your monitor and says "damn! That girl is cute!" Your throat makes a noise that's somewhere between a laugh and a sigh, then you say "are you talking about him?" A recent UCC poll has encapsulated this experience. Netizens voted for "the male artist who is more beautiful than a real woman". Here are the results: In 5th place... Kim Jaejoong of DBSK! Funny that he wins both "best prince" and gets 5th place for "prettiest boy" - now that's versatility. In 4th place... Lee Hong Gi of F.T. Island! In 3rd place... Lee Jun Ki! And in a shocking upset... Suju's Kim Heechul is only in 2nd place! Finally, the semi-dubious victory goes to actor Kim Hye-Seon!
