It was recently reported that a restaurant customer, who came in a group of three, caused a disturbance when a waiter brought him his fried rice order. The waiter, a first-year college student and part-timer, brought the fried rice on an iron steel pan so that the food could cook at the customer's table. According to the waiter, the customer became angry when he saw that the waiter was wearing plastic gloves to serve him.
The waiter stated, "Because I wore plastic gloves to turn on the heat for the iron plate, the customers felt that I was giving them dog food, got angry, and started cursing ."
One particular customer became violent. In the clip shown above, the customer can be seen flipping his food off his table. Reportedly he also threw his wet towelette and sprayed ssamjang sauce on the waiter's head. In the clip, he can also be seen picking up some of the fried rice off the chair and shoving it in the waiter's face, attempting to force feed him the food.
The waiter explained, "Because he's a customer, I couldn't do anything. So of course I didn't do anything and simply stayed the victim."
The customer claims that he was intoxicated during the time of the incident and doesn't remember his behavior. He is currently facing a charge of injuring the waiter.
Netizens' comments include: "Maybe he got mad that the waiter put the food on the table instead of the floor ," "Why is he like that keke. What in the world were those bastards thinking, I'm curious," and, "Go crawl back to your house and don't dine out. Just go home and eat plain rice you beggars."
