On March 20, YouTuber Lee Jin Ho uploaded two shocking videos on his YouTube channel titled "Shocking Recording! The Real Reason Why Kim Sae Ron Was Struggling" and "Exposing Garoseoro Research Institute’s Falsehood! Suing Kim Sae Ron’s Fake Aunt."

In the first video, "Shocking Recording! The Real Reason Why Kim Sae Ron Was Struggling," Lee Jin Ho released a recorded phone conversation between a manager and late Kim Sae Ron’s close friend, referred to as 'B.' In the recording, B stated that they had met Kim Sae Ron just two days before her death, playing screen golf and having a meal together. B claimed that the reason for Kim Sae Ron’s tragic decision was due to an abusive relationship with a man she met in the United States. According to B, this man physically assaulted Kim Sae Ron, and B even mentioned having photos of the injuries.

The manager responded angrily, asking, "Who the hell is that guy?" B went on to say, "I only have Sae Ron as a friend. That man from the U.S. even called me and cursed at me. That was the end of it. Sae Ron later apologized to me and showed me photos of knife marks on her neck, saying it was real. I told her she must have had a really hard time. We had a meal together two days ago and talked about various things."

B added that Kim Sae Ron’s friends believe that the man from the U.S. was the primary reason behind her tragic decision. The manager responded, "You must have been shocked too." B replied, "Yeah, but all of Sae Ron's friends gathered to go to the funeral." The manager then asked B to notify them once the funeral details were confirmed, to which B responded, "Yes, of course. I'll let you know."

In the second video, titled "Exposing Garoseoro Research Institute’s Falsehood! Suing Kim Sae Ron’s Fake Aunt," Lee Jin Ho claimed that Garoseoro Research Institute (a controversial YouTube channel) spread false information based on statements from a person falsely claiming to be late Kim Sae Ron’s aunt. Lee Jin Ho announced plans to take legal action against this individual for defamation.

Lee Jin Ho stated that the person referred to as late Kim Sae Ron’s 'aunt' in a past exclusive interview with The Fact was not actually a blood relative. In the interview, the fake aunt claimed to have had a close, sister-like relationship with late Kim Sae Ron’s mother since her early career as a child actress. 

However, Lee Jin Ho asserted that this claim was false and pointed out that Garoseoro Research Institute and Kwon Young Chan, the head of the Celebrity Suicide Prevention Association, had emailed reports about late Kim Sae Ron’s case to 100 media outlets, but none of them published the story. Lee Jin Ho demanded proof of these alleged emails.

Lee Jin Ho also addressed the rumors surrounding Kim Sae Ron's activity on social media, including claims that she liked posts related to the Netflix series 'Bloodhounds' He denied accusations that Kim Sae Ron was forced to leave the show 'Dongchimi' due to these likes, attributing the false narrative to the fake aunt.

Lastly, Lee Jin Ho firmly denied any involvement with Golden Medalist, late Kim Sae Ron’s agency, stating that he had never been instructed to upload videos about late Kim Sae Ron. He warned that he would take legal action against any further false accusations.
