Fans express frustration and anger as bots instantly buy all the tickets to Hyeri's fan meeting

Earlier last week, Hyeri announced her first solo fan meeting tour.

Hyeri's agency, Sublime, announced through social media that the '2025 HYERI FANMEETING TOUR: Welcome to HYERI’s STUDIO' will kick start in Seoul on June 7, followed by stops in six major Asian cities.

On April 15, Sublime began ticketing for the Seoul event but was quickly met with frustrations from fans.

Many Hyeri fans claimed they had failed to get tickets and alleged that Chinese bots had purchased all the tickets to Hyeri's Seoul fan meeting event. These fans raised their voice in anger and concern, alleging that all 1,400 seats were sold out as soon as they went on sale. They suspected that Chinese operators hacked the server before the official release and purchased all the tickets.

These fans took to social media to express their frustration and claimed no Korean fans were able to get their hands on the tickets for the Seoul fanmeeting. One fan explained, "Not a single fan from DC Gallery, which has been supporting her consistently for years, was able to get tickets...The issue with Chinese scalpers during ticketing lately seems really serious."

Another fan wrote, "It is a fan meeting held in Korea, and ticketing was done through a Korean site, yet Korean fans couldn’t even access the site properly, and not a single fan was able to get a ticket. Most of the tickets were taken by Chinese resellers, but I also saw many posts from regular fans. The fact that Korean fans couldn't even try, while only people in China were successful, clearly indicates an unfair loophole. I strongly believe the agency must take action on this matter… They should consider moving the event to a larger venue and make the new ticketing process exclusive to Korean fans. It’s truly heartbreaking that the only Korean person attending a Korean fan meeting was the artist themselves. I really hope the agency comes up with proper countermeasures."

Other fans also joined in on the conversation and criticized:

"0 Korean fans? I've never heard of this."
"They shouldn't have made the site so weak that it would get hacked like this."
"This is really bad."
"They need to block overseas IP addresses."
"This is so frustrating that no Korean fan was able to get tickets for the Seoul show."
"How will they react when Hyeri speaks Korean?"
"Did they not put any protection on the purchase site?"
"I'm so angry because I failed to get tickets too. I hope her agency cancels all the tickets purchased by these operators."
"I couldn't go to GOT7's concert because of this too."
"They don't fix the purchase link either."
"This is why I get so angry with overseas scalpers."
"They need to block overseas purchasers. There are so many problems."
"It's so stressful."
"They need to block these people so they can't purchase before the official ticket opening time."
"The agency needs to cancel all these tickets."
