On March 3, the group made their debut on SBS Power FM’s 'Wendy’s Young Street,' where they showcased both their personalities and musical talents. During the broadcast, the KiiiKiii members engaged in a lively conversation, sharing fun anecdotes and their thoughts on debuting as a group.
The girls also put on a live performance of "Debut Song" from their upcoming mini-album 'UNCUT GEM.' KiiiKiii delivered a unique "Young Street" version of the track, impressing both Wendy and the audience with their stable vocals and stage presence.
Not only that, each member got the chance to showcase their individual skills with brief cover songs of their choice.
Korean netizens praised the girls' vocal skills in a popular online community Nate Pann where one netizen sparked a discussion regarding their singing skills. One netizen sparked the discussion by saying, "Even though they only sang a short segment, their pitch and rhythm were off. 'LOVE DIVE' is an easy song to sing. I thought this group would at least be good at singing since they can’t dance, but there’s nothing they’re good at. Sui and Haeum supposedly trained for 4–5 years—what’s wrong with idols these days? As long as they’re a bit pretty and their company pushes them, they get popular and make money so easily."
However, other netizens praised the group saying the girls were good at live singing. Korean netizens commented:
"I watched it live, and they did well, though."
"Still, it’s better than lip-syncing."
"What do you mean their pitch was off? Are people just hating for no reason now? lol."
"But there are so many idols like them these days that it’s not even surprising… Isn’t this just the average for today’s idols? lol."
"They’re not great, though."
"This isn’t enough to judge them. What exactly are we supposed to be listening to? Bring the full version."
"I thought they did well."
"They sounded good!! Especially the maknae—her vocal tone was insane."
"Is it starting already? I guess KiiiKiii is doing well."
"I think they're doing better than Hearts2Hearts."
