On April 25 KST, a legal representative of Min Hee Jin, CEO of ADOR, told media outlets, "An urgent press conference will be held to clarify ADOR's official position regarding the news that was reported today."
The legal representative added on, "Min Hee Jin, CEO of ADOR, will personally deliver ADOR's position to the press."
The ongoing situation initially came to light on April 22, after it was reported that several ADOR officers including the CEO, Min Hee Jin, were being subjected to an internal audit on suspicion of attempting to "break free" from HYBE Labels along with the ADOR girl group NewJeans. Then, earlier on April 25 KST, HYBE Labels formally announced its plans to press charges against Min Hee Jin and ADOR affiliates for "professional malpractice", claiming that "tangible evidence" was obtained during the internal auditing process.
