Project vocal group B.D.U (Boys Define Universe), created from the Mnet vocal survival program 'Build Up', is ready to kick off their official activities soon with a scheduled appearance at 'KCON Japan 2024' in May.
The four winners of the fierce competition program, including Jay Chang of ONE PACT, Bitsaeon of M.O.N.T, Seunghun of CIX, and Kim Minseo, will promote as the project group B.D.U for a period of 2 years as a part of the winning prize. The group will be managed by Stone Music Entertainment. The three members who are affiliated with existing teams will be able to go back and forth between their team promotions and B.D.U promotions.
In a recent interview, the members of B.D.U discussed their ambitions for their project group promotions.
Bitsaeon revealed, "Since we are winners of a vocal survival program, I want to make sure that we promote with songs that fit that title. If up until now, I've done my part diligently as the main vocalist of an idol group, then through this vocal group, I want to try various things. Since there are so many talented vocalists here, I'm sure we can do it."
Seunghun said, "We al hope to release music as often as possible in the next 2 years. We will be sure to impress with our vocals, so please look forward to it."
Jay commented, "Just like how we all grew up dreaming of becoming singers one day while listening to the songs of our favorite artists, we will become artists who inspire."
