Phunky Studio's legal representative has strongly denied allegations that the company consciously delayed the injunction hearing related to the suspension of an exclusive contract with former Fantasy Boys member, Yoo Jun Won.

On September 20 KST Phunky Studio's lawyer stated, "Yoo Jun Won is without basis asserting that Phunky Studio deliberately delayed the hearing. It's perplexing why he is making such an unjustifiable allegation."

The lawyer continued to counter the allegations, providing insight into the timeline of events. He claimed, "Yoo Jun Won's party filed the application for a provisional injunction on August 22. Subsequently, the court seems to have started the delivery proceedings about a week later. They contend that failure of delivery was due to 'lack of closure,' attributing the blame to the fact that the mail was dispatched to the post office rather than the office directly because no one was present. The post office did not notify us beforehand, and the mailman didn't wait for someone to attend the office before arriving, therefore, Phunky Studio was only informed after receiving the delivery on September 15."

Furthermore, it was stated, "Given that people aren't at home or in the office round the clock, the excuse of a closed door causing non-delivery is quite a common occurrence during trials. Distorting such an insignificant incident to unscrupulously influence public opinion via social media, as though Funky Studio deliberately lengthened the trial date, is an act that inconveniences the fans. It is also counterproductive for the concerned party, and frankly, I don't understand it. The court has the sole authority to adjust anything related to the trial schedule," emphasizing that Yoo Jun Won's allegations are unfounded.

In his concluding remarks, Lee urged, "We request that you desist from spreading repeated falsehoods and comments that can potentially lead to misinterpretations. The members of Fantasy Boys are diligently focusing on their future. It's uncertain if Yoo Jun Won regards this conduct as some form of controversy marketing, but he's creating an illusion based on unfounded claims." He went on to add, "Not just the members but also their supportive fans are getting hurt through these actions."
