On March 31, Kwon Young Chan, the head of the Korea Celebrity Suicide Prevention Association, stated in an interview with CBS No Cut News, “Today (31st), the court recognized Lee Jin Ho’s stalking crime and issued a provisional order.”
As a result, Lee Jin Ho will be prohibited from broadcasting any content related to Kim Sae Ron and her family on YouTube for three months.

Kwon Young Chan also added, “The bereaved family plans to file an additional lawsuit against Lee Jin Ho for defamation based on false information in his recent broadcasts.”
This provisional measure is the result of the family’s ongoing legal action against the YouTuber.
