Hacktivist group 'Anonymous' enlists the help of K-pop stans to take down police streams across the US during Black Lives Matter protests

Posted by Limerence3,132 pts Tuesday, June 2, 2020

After the Dallas Police Department asked people to send in videos of protestors using an app called iWatch over the weekend, they were bombarded with K-pop fancams that overloaded the system and seemingly caused it to crash within a day. Users also left a series of one-star reviews for the app on both Google Play and The App Store accompanied by hashtags for Black Lives Matter and ACAB (All Cops Are Bastards).
