Soyu and her older sister's resemblance to each other surprised viewers.

On the April 30th episode of 'One Pick Road', Soyu visited a chicken feet restaurant, where she met up with her older sister Kang Bo Kyung. After seeing the two sisters, Son Dong Woon commented, "How can you be so similar looking," and "You really look alike."

Soyu then expressed, "I hear that I look like my sister a lot. My mouth is a little bit bigger than my sister's. My older sister runs a cafe. We live together, but we hardly see each other. We decided to take this time to go on a date with each other." The host panel also found it funny the siblings ended up wearing the same outfit, adding, "Even their facial expressions are the same."
