An Mnet representative stated, "Lee Seung Chul, Yoon Jong Shin, and Lee Ha Neul will be judges for 'Superstar K5'." The rep also added, "This season will not feature a female judge." 

There are reports claiming that Yoon Jong Shin and Lee Ha Neul will only appear as temporary, special judges for the show. A 'Superstar K5' representative responded, "Yoon Jong Shin was only set to film the preliminary rounds. It is still not confirmed whether he will take part as a regular judge."

Although Yoon Jong Shin was a long-running judge on 'Superstar K' since its first season in 2009, the singer decided to skip out on season 4 and will now be returning to the 5th season. 

Viewers are also waiting in anticipation to see how Lee Seung Chul and Yoon Jong Shin will get along after being reported to be on bad terms, which Yoon Jong Shin's reps denied. 

The three new judges already finished filming the preliminary round on the 10th. 'Superstar K5' will premiere on August 9 KST!
