Music producer Kush (real name Kim Byung Hoon) and Vivian (real name Cha Hyun Jung), known as the cousin of Girls' Generation's Yuri, are reportedly tying the knot this October.
On April 1st, a media outlet reported that the longtime couple is preparing for a fall wedding. The two went public with their relationship in July 2016, meaning they have now been together for nine years.
Kush began his career in 2003 as part of the reggae duo Stony Skunk alongside Skull. After the group disbanded, he transitioned into producing and worked extensively under YG Entertainment, contributing to songs for Big Bang, 2NE1, PSY, Lee Hi, and more. He is currently involved in producing for the group izna, alongside Vivian.
Kush was previously embroiled in controversy over drug use. In 2017, he was indicted for purchasing and using cocaine. In March, he was sentenced to two years and six months in prison, suspended for four years.
Vivian made her debut in 2015 and is widely recognized as the cousin of Girls' Generation’s Yuri. Last year, she participated as a producer on Mnet’s survival program I-LAND2: N/a.
