Actress Kim Se Jeong is currently reviewing her next project after joining a new agency.
On April 2 KST, her agency BH Entertainment stated, “‘The High School Queen’ is one of the projects offered to Kim Se Jeong.”
Based on a webtoon of the same name, ‘The High School Queen’ is a fantasy drama that follows a Joseon era queen and master swordswoman who is reincarnated into the body of a modern high school student. Kim Sejeong has reportedly been offered the role of Kim Cheongha, who inhabits the body of student Park Dajin.
Kim Se Jeong first debuted in 2016 as a member of I.O.I and later continued activities with Gugudan as well as her solo music career. She has also built a solid acting portfolio, starring in dramas such as ‘School 2017,’ ‘The Uncanny Counter,’ ‘Business Proposal,’ and ‘Moon River.’
As she prepares for I.O.I’s full group comeback in May, Kim Se Jeong recently signed with BH Entertainment, marking a new chapter in her career.
