G-Dragon's latest artistic temperament brought forth a rather unusual creation; an origami-styled rose made out of 50,000 and 10,000 KRW bills. The Big Bang frontman uploaded a picture of the piece on his Twitter account on August 11th, following with the comment: "$$$$$ Money flower is blossoming $$$$$". The piece was later found to be a prop used in the idol's music video for a track off of his solo record.
While the creation received praise from fans and the like, many were also upset upon seeing the singer's photo. Various comments criticized the idol and his picture as a conspicuous act, finding the use of money for the piece as a blatant flaunting of his wealth and also criticizing the damage inflicted on the bills.
Among the flooding comments criticizing the idol, however, many stood up for the singer as well as his display arguing that the singer probably just posted the picture as he found the prop to be pretty, and that perhaps the bills aren't real.
Meanwhile, while no official date of G-Dragon's comeback has been released as of late, the singer took to Twitter on to release a mysterious countdown, making many fans anticipate the singer's solo comeback.
What are your thoughts on the matter?
