It's been confirmed that�Seo In Young is delaying her comeback as a solo artist. On the 12th, the star teased people on a show with information regarding her solo promotions. On the 18th, she was going to release mini album LOV-Elly but it looks like it's getting postponed. Seo In Young's company Star Empire said, "Since it's her first album in two years, she's putting a lot of effort into it herself. She wanted to change up the album design. Because of this, we are postponing the release date." The album will release in the end of May along with lots of other artists. Maybe delaying wasn't such a good idea - she's going to have to fight against lots of artists. Good luck to her!
