YG's fearsome female foursome, 2NE1, emerged victorious for the second consecutive time on Music Bank for hit single I Don't Care, staving off the challenge from SNSD and Lee Seung Gi. Ah... eff it, I have to mention the girl group battle; it's magnitude is too epic to simply cast away. 12578 - 12571? Seven points? That is jaw-droppingly epic. Sometimes we have to take off our fan-tinted glasses and just admire what both groups have done from an Outsider's perspective. Point totals this high would normally be enough to win any week, but both of these groups are so wildly successful that only one of them could win. Congrats to 2NE1 on their back-to-back victories, adding to a trophy haul which will surely grow in number for this wildly impressive rookie group. Contrived congeniality or not, it's clear that these two girl groups, at the very least, respect each other. I couldn't help but notice this though: Dara is the only member without flowers, while Minji has two bouquets! Sharing is caring, maknae Minji. Anywho, the girls put on another tight performance of "I Don't Care" in brand new outfits.
