NMIXX is set to return on March 17 with their fourth mini-album, ‘Fe3O4: FORWARD’.
On February 19 at midnight KST, the group revealed a motion poster on their official social media, announcing their comeback. The teaser features various symbolic objects such as a butterfly, cube, black stakes, and stars—elements that hint at their previous releases. Toward the end of the video, a new object, a seashell, appears alongside the phrase “Towards the Utopia, Together with NMIXX,” signaling their journey toward the mystical realm of MIXXTOPIA.
This new album serves as the final installment in the ‘Fe3O4’ series, following ‘Fe3O4: BREAK’ and ‘Fe3O4: STICK OUT’. The trilogy tells the story of NMIXX navigating the ‘FIELD’ (reality world), and the previous title tracks ‘DASH’ and ‘별별별 (See that?)’ received widespread love from K-pop fans worldwide.
The group is making their first comeback in eight months since the release of ‘별별별 (See that?)’, marking the start of their 2025 activities. NMIXX has already demonstrated their global impact, becoming the first K-pop artists to attend Billboard Latin Music Week as panelists last year.
Additionally, they recently held their second fan concert, ‘NMIXX CHANGE UP: MIXX LAB’, which kicked off in Seoul in October 2024 and continued in Japan at LaLa Arena Tokyo Bay, drawing over 21,300 fans. They are now taking the concert to Mexico City (February 19-20), Santiago (February 22-23), and São Paulo (February 28).
With this comeback, NMIXX—often dubbed the “hexagonal girl group” for their all-rounder abilities—is expected to further solidify their position in the K-pop scene with new music and captivating performances.
