Newly established entertainment company ASND has officially launched its social media accounts, marking the beginning of its journey.

On January 1 KST, ASND signed exclusive contracts with five members of fromis_9—Song Hayoung, Park Jiwon, Lee Nagyung, Lee Chaeyoung, and Baek Jiheon. Now, with the official opening of its social media accounts, the company is set to begin full-scale operations.

ASND stands for “Achieve Something Never Done Before,” embodying the company’s ambitious vision to break new ground in the industry.

The five fromis_9 members also reposted ASND’s official social media announcement on their personal accounts, signaling the start of a new chapter for the group.

ASND shared a message with fans, stating: “We are excited to take this first step with Song Hayoung, Park Jiwon, Lee Nagyung, Lee Chaeyoung, and Baek Jiheon. We will do our best to keep fans updated with various news and activities. We appreciate your continued love and support.”

Meanwhile, fromis_9, which debuted in 2018, officially ended its contract with PLEDIS Entertainment on December 31, 2023. While five members have decided to continue group activities under ASND, Lee Saerom, Roh Jisun, and Lee Seoyeon have chosen to pursue individual careers. Discussions regarding the use of the team name “fromis_9” are reportedly still ongoing with PLEDIS Entertainment.
