On February 18 at 7 PM KST, Dingo Music released a new episode of ‘Killing Voice’ featuring PLAVE, marking a historic first for virtual groups.
PLAVE’s appearance on ‘Killing Voice’ carries significant meaning, as they are the first-ever virtual group to be featured on the show. Additionally, they hold the record for the fastest debut-to-appearance time among all artists who have participated in the series.
In the video, PLAVE greeted viewers, saying, “We’ve returned with our third mini-album, ‘Caligo Pt.1’. We’re grateful to be invited to ‘Killing Voice’ and to have the chance to showcase our music.” They added, “We’re going to show you our songs and charm like never before,” building anticipation for the performance.
PLAVE kicked off the session with their 2023 debut track, ‘Wait for You’, followed by fan-favorite songs like ‘WAY 4 LUV’, ‘Pump Up The Volume!’, ‘The Sixth Summer’, ‘Pixel World’, ‘Why Why Why?’, ‘Watch Me Woo!’, ‘Dear. PLLI’, ‘Our Movie’, and ‘Virtual Idol’. Their impeccable live vocals captivated fans and proved their status as a high-caliber performance group.
They also teased a new side of themselves by performing two tracks from their latest album: the title track ‘Dash’, a powerful rock-influenced song, and the city pop-inspired ‘Chroma Drift’. The members emphasized that they meticulously refined their vocals, choreography, and overall concept to enhance the emotional depth of ‘Dash’, proving their dedication to artistic evolution.
Closing out the session, PLAVE expressed gratitude, saying, “Thank you, Dingo, for having us. And to all our ‘PLLI’ (official fan club), we love you!”
