
On the April 18th episode of KBS2’s 'The Seasons: Cantabile of Park Bo Gum,' musical theatre stars Cha Ji Yeon and Park Eun Tae made a special appearance.
Park Bo Gum, who majored in musical theatre, introduced the two with deep admiration, expressing sincere respect as both a host and a long-time fan.
During the show, Park Bo Gum earnestly asked Cha Ji Yeon if she could perform a number from the musical 'Seopyeonje.' She responded with a powerful impromptu rendition of a highlight from 'Simcheongga,' instantly captivating the audience.

The performance’s emotional intensity also reached Park Bo Gum. As the final note echoed through the studio, he found himself at a loss for words, his eyes brimming with tears.
Overcome with emotion, he gently wiped his face with his hands and paused for a moment to compose himself. Though he light-heartedly remarked, “It’s just dry eyes,” his trembling voice betrayed the deep impression the performance had left on him.
“I remember watching this performance as a student,” he shared. “It’s such an honor to experience it up close now. There’s a unique strength and sorrow in your voice—it’s a truly irreplaceable gift.”
Although brief, the heartfelt moment Park Bo Gum shared on stage resonated with many viewers. His genuine emotional response and continued reverence for the performing arts reaffirmed the sincere and humble charm that has made him so beloved.
