Former AOA member Kwon Mina criticizes YouTuber over late Kim Sae Ron’s private life expose.

Kwon Mina, formerly of AOA, has spoken out against YouTuber A, who previously exposed Kim Sae Ron’s private life.

On February 17th, Kwon Mina posted on her Instagram, writing:

“It was a short but precious connection. Thank you, and rest in peace.”

She then directly called out YouTuber A, stating:

“I don’t know you personally, so I hesitated to speak up, but as someone who has been on the receiving end of your careless words, I find it disgusting how you act like you know everything.”

Kwon continued:

“Back then, I was so scared of you that I couldn’t say anything. I was deeply hurt and cried. I thought I was losing my mind. I’ve held back for so long, but seeing what happened this time made me furious enough to finally speak up. You may claim to be sharing facts, but a lot of people are suffering because of you. Instead of chasing views, I hope you consider how your words impact others.”

Reports suggest that Kim Sae Ron suffered great distress due to YouTuber A’s videos. At her funeral, Kwon Young Chan, the head of the Korea Celebrity Suicide Prevention Association, revealed that Kim felt mentally tormentedafter A broadcasted details about her working at a café, violating her privacy.

Following Kim Sae Ron’s passing on February 16th, YouTuber A has privatized all related videos.

Kim Sae Ron was found deceased at her residence in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, at 4:54 PM on February 16th, at the age of 25.
