Actor Lee Jong Hyuk has paid tribute to the late Kim Sae Ron, who recently passed away.
On February 18, Lee took to his social media to share a heartfelt message, posting a picture of white chrysanthemums along with the caption, "Sae Ron, my little junior from the neighborhood who shared the same birthday, may you rest in peace."
He further expressed his sorrow, saying, "In the end, I couldn't even buy you a Soju. I hope you smile brightly where you are now." His words conveyed deep regret and sadness over her passing.
Kim Sae Ron was found deceased at her residence in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, on February 16.
According to the Seongdong Police Station, Kim was discovered lifeless at her home at approximately 4:54 PM on February 16. She was first found by an acquaintance, identified as 'A,' who had arranged to meet her and subsequently reported it to the authorities.
Police officials stated, "It appears to be a case of self-inflicted harm. The incident is being handled as an unattended death." They also confirmed that no suicide note was found at the scene.
Meanwhile, Kim Sae Ron’s funeral is scheduled to take place at 6:20 AM on February 19, with the burial site designated at Seoul Municipal Crematorium.
