Top stars Lee Byung Hun, Park Seo Joon, and Park Bo Young have teamed up for director Uhm Tae Hwa's disaster film 'Concrete Utopia', based off of the webtoon series 'Pleasant Neighbors'.
Coming soon to theaters across Korea in August, 'Concrete Utopia' tells the story of Hwang Goong Apartment, the only building to miraculously survive a devastating earthquake which renders the entire city of Seoul uninhabitable. In the story, actor Lee Byung Hun takes on the role of Young Tak, the spokesperson for the residents of Hwang Goong. Alongside Lee Byung Hun, Park Seo Joon plays the role of Min Sung, a young man determined to protect his family, while Park Bo Young takes on the role of Min Sung's wife, Myung Hwa.
The riveting story of the residents of Hwang Goong, who must protect their lives and their homes from the "outside" in the aftermath of the earthquake, is coming soon in August. Watch the first teaser trailer for 'Concrete Utopia', above.
