Girls' Generation's Sooyoung opened up about her diet before her drama role.
Sooyoung has always been known for having a big appetite among Girls' Generation fans, but she's also known for her very thin figure. In her latest YouTube vlog, however, she revealed she recently began a new diet for a role.
She expressed, "I'm filming a new drama recently, and I have to look healthy on screen so I'm hard at work exercising. However, no matter how often I exercise, my muscles aren't showing up. After talking with my personal trainer, we decided to go with losing some body fat instead. I have more body fat than what everyone thinks. The number of my body fat percentage is really high, so it's like I'm skinny fat. I'm on a diet for the first time in my life."
Sooyoung then shared a simple diet recipe by replacing regular noodles with tofu noodles.
