Kriesha Chu, Filipino-American Kpop Idol expands her career as an actress with new web drama "Spunk"

Kriesha Tiu, or known as her stage name "Kriesha Chu" 

In 2016, Kriesha Chu entered K-pop Star 6: The Last Chance. She was eliminated on the seventh episode, but was brought back as a wild card contestant. She became a member of Kwins, which consists of Kim So-hee and Kim Hye-rim, where they finished as runner-ups of the competition. After K-pop Star 6 ended, Kriesha Chu released her debut album "Trouble" in 2017 and from then on she has been on several commercials, concerts, collaborations, Korean TV programs and has been busy as singer, model, Radio DJ and MC. Kriesha Chu is also known for trending on Korean Search Engines whenever she appears on TV or radio guesting. She also writes her on songs & has written the English version of her Kpop songs.

Recently, she surprised fans with the news that she will acting now as well through a new Korean web drama called "Spunk", where she will play the female lead "Ari" & Kpop Boygroup Hotshot member Kim Timoteo to play "Daun". Filming has finished in September & it will first air on October 8! Kriesha Chu & Timoteo have been teasing fans with dance & song covers before the release of the web drama. Until now, we've only got to see Kriesha act a little in commercials & in music videos but fans are excited to see finally see Kriesha act as the female lead for the first time!
