Taeyong of NCT, who is currently serving in the military, has once again made headlines for a heartwarming story. A recent post on social media platform X included a detailed account of an encounter with the idol, along with a photo showing him surrounded by fans while signing autographs.

According to the post, Taeyong performed at an apartment complex event and didn’t hesitate to greet fans afterward. “He was incredibly handsome and so kind,” the author wrote. “When I ran up hoping for a signature, he noticed and signed everything.” The fan also praised Taeyong for caring for young children amid the crowd, saying, “So sweet — he was saying ‘Be careful!’ and looking out for the kids.”

Currently serving as a military band promotion soldier, Taeyong had just wrapped up a Navy concert performance when he interacted with fans. Known for his deep affection for fans, Taeyong’s thoughtful behavior, even during service, moved many.

Fans responded with loving praise, commenting, “His experience as NCT’s leader really shows,” and “Taeyong looks amazing as always — can’t wait for his return.”

Taeyong has consistently shown a positive attitude throughout his military duties. At a Navy event last November, he was spotted making eye contact and exchanging high-fives with a young child in the audience, further solidifying his image as a thoughtful and sincere performer.

Taeyong debuted as the leader of NCT, taking on roles as center, main dancer, and main vocalist. 

After a successful solo debut, he enlisted in April 2023 and is now serving as a corporal in the Navy’s military band. His discharge is scheduled for December this year.
