On April 8, EXO celebrated their 13th anniversary and held a live-streaming event to spend time with fans.
On this day, EXO members Suho, Kai, D.O., and Chanyeol joined the '13IRTHDAY HOME PARTY' celebration through Weverse Live. The members sat down comfortably and shared their candid thoughts on the 13th anniversary.
D.O. shared, "We debuted on April 8, 2012, 13 years ago. It's truly remarkable." He went on to ask the members how they felt about it, and Chanyeol said, "It honestly doesn't feel like 13 years have passed. It feels like 3 years have passed." The other members laughed and replied, "That's a bit..." But Chanyeol refuted, "There can be personal differences, but this is how I really feel." He elaborated, "Time passed instantly. It felt short is what I meant."
D.O. agreed and explained, "I still can't believe it's 13 years. 'How can 13 years have passed?' is what I think." Kai shared, "It's the same for me, we're celebrating the 13 years right after I was discharged from the military, so... for me, time passed so fast that I feel odd. I still can't believe we're celebrating our 13th anniversary."
The members continued to share updates on what they have been up to during the celebration and also played fun games with one another.
Lastly, EXO shared their plans for the group, and Suho revealed that they are planning a fan meeting once Sehun gets discharged from the military. He explained, "Since we're back, we need to reunite. We're planning to hold a fan meeting too. So please look forward to it."
