
NEWBEAT has successfully completed their first week of promotions after debuting with their first full-length album "RAW AND RAD" on March 24. The group met fans with their title track, "Flip the Coin."
Beginning on March 27, NEWBEAT appeared on 'Mnet’s M Countdown', followed by 'Show! Music Core' on MBC on the 29th and 'Inkigayo' on SBS on the 30th, showcasing their debut stages. They left a strong impression with their eye-catching concept of wearing horns on their foreheads, along with their striking visuals.
The members also impressed with their flawless live vocals and powerful dance performances, using handheld microphones and demonstrating a level of professionalism rare among rookies. In addition to music broadcast appearances, NEWBEAT also debuted on the YouTube channel it’s Live, where they delivered a high-quality live set that received praise from both domestic and international K-pop fans.
In a bold move for a rookie group, NEWBEAT debuted with a full-length album that included two pre-release tracks. They also launched large-scale promotional events, such as Mnet’s global debut show 'Drop the NEWBEAT' and SBS’s debut fan showcase, shaking up the K-pop scene with an ambitious debut project.
NEWBEAT is a seven-member boy group composed entirely of Korean members. Before their official debut, they built a global fanbase through domestic and international busking tours. With the release of their pre-release songs and full album, NEWBEAT has officially entered the industry as a major new force in 5th-generation K-pop.
NEWBEAT’s appearance on KBS2’s 'Music Bank', recorded on March 28, will air on April 4. The group continues their active promotions through various music programs and online and offline content.
