The Genie TV original 'The Taste of You' (planned by KT Studio Genie, produced by Shortcake, created by Han Jun Hee, written by Jung Soo Yoon, and directed by Park Dan Hee) is set to premiere on May 12. 

The show follows the story of an heir to a major food conglomerate who jumps into a business acquisition of a small, quiet restaurant in Jeonju, blending themes of cooking and romance.

The lead roles are played by Kang Ha Neul as Han Beom Woo and Go Min Si as chef Mo Yeon Joo, teasing a top-tier pairing. Han Beom Woo meets Mo Yeon Joo, who runs a one-table, sign-less restaurant in Jeonju, and their relationship begins with both sweet moments and palpable tension.
