Kim Tae Ho PD has addressed recent rumors about being in a 'crisis.'
On the morning of March 20, Kim Tae Ho PD spoke about the matter during a press conference for ENA's new variety program 'Earth Marble World Tour 3' at the S-City building in Sangam DMC, Mapo-gu, Seoul.
"I’ve heard terms like 'crisis' and 'test' since my days working on Infinite Challenge," Kim said, opening up about his thoughts on the situation.
Kim Tae Ho PD has recently faced criticism for the underwhelming performance of his previous project, JTBC’s 'My Name is Gabriel,' and the MBC program 'Good Day' is currently airing. The controversy surrounding 'Good Day' was further amplified by the recent issues involving Kim Soo Hyun.
Regarding the crisis rumors, Kim Tae Ho commented, "If there were no such challenges, I might start doubting whether I'm doing things right. The constant feeling of inadequacy and lack of professionalism pushes me to think about new ideas and grow."
He added, "When strong winds blow, it motivates me to work harder and explore new directions. My role is to protect the young sprouts growing inside while guiding them to flourish despite the wind. I believe the Earth Marble series has passed the sprouting stage and is now at a point where it can bear good fruit."
Meanwhile, 'Earth Marble World Tour 3' follows three popular travel creators— Pani Bottle, 1G, and KwakTube—as they embark on a global journey shaped by the roll of the dice in a game designed by Kim Tae Ho PD. The show is set to premiere on March 22 at 7:50 p.m. KST.
