The upcoming episode of MBC’s 'I Live Alone' will showcase BTS's J-Hope’s second story of his daily life in Los Angeles, set to air on the 7th.
Last week, J-Hope captured viewers’ attention with his irresistible charm, revealing his playful side and shouting his famous catchphrase, "What size, half size?" His appearance on the show made such an impact that he ranked No. 1 in the Good Data Corporation FUNdex for the 4th week of February, marking the highest buzz in non-drama TV and OTT appearances. This spike also boosted the show’s ratings, as the 2049 audience rating held the No. 1 spot in overall genre categories for three consecutive weeks. In this week’s episode, J-Hope continues to impress with more of his hidden charms.
As he searches for inspiration for his music, J-Hope enjoys a peaceful moment, preparing dinner with ingredients he picked up at the market. "Today, it’s my feast," he declares as he whips up a Los Angeles-style steak alongside a bowl of spicy kimchi stew packed with flavors of Korea. Without looking at any recipe, J-Hope exclaims, "Cooking is all about feeling," and with his boundless energy, he prepares a dish that leaves everyone surprised by his culinary skills. The dish, full of flavor and atmosphere, is sure to have viewers curious about how it tastes, especially as J-Hope’s face lights up with delight.
The next morning, J-Hope begins his day with his signature morning apple and shares his ‘military-style cereal recipe.’ “In the military, we mix everything,” he says as he pours four different types of cereal into a large bowl. He then adds a fried egg for some extra protein, continuing his never-ending brunch time with joy.
Additionally, the episode will feature a heartwarming scene where J-Hope meets his sister, who shares a strikingly similar smile with him despite the 4-year age gap. In "little brother mode," J-Hope takes his sister on his first-ever drive-thru experience and opens up about the challenges he's faced while working on music in L.A. Viewers will be left wondering what J-Hope’s response was when his sister asked him what he most wanted to do after his military discharge.
