Actors Seo Kang Jun and Jin Ki Joo will reunite as teacher and student.
MBC-TV’s new Friday-Saturday drama 'Undercover High School' (written by Lim Young Bin, and directed by Choi Jung In) released new still cuts on February 3, offering a glimpse into the dynamic moments that will unfold in the series.
The first meeting between Jung Hae Sung (played by Seo Kang Jun) and Oh Soo Ah (played by Jin Ki Joo) was captured, and it was nothing short of dramatic. Their encounter led to a series of misunderstandings that quickly spiraled out of control.
The story then shifts to the school setting, where Hae Sung, an elite NIS agent, goes undercover as a high school student at the institution where Soo Ah teaches. As he struggles to adapt to school life, Soo Ah is equally determined to secure a permanent teaching position, tirelessly dedicating herself to her work. However, unexpected events continue to disrupt their paths.
The production team teased, “Will Hae Sung be able to maintain his cover and complete his mission undetected? Stay tuned to see how his whirlwind chemistry with Soo Ah unfolds.”
'Undercover High School' follows an NIS agent’s undercover mission as he infiltrates a high school to track down the whereabouts of Emperor Gojong’s lost gold treasure.
Seo Kang Jun takes on the role of the top-tier NIS agent, while Jin Ki Joo portrays Soo Ah, a temporary teacher. The drama also features Kim Shin Rok, Jeon Bae Soo, Lee Seo Hwan, Jo Bok Rae, and Kim Min Ju in supporting roles.
Meanwhile, 'Undercover High School' is set to premiere on February 21 at 9:50 PM KST.
