Actress Shin Min Ah donates 300 million KRW(approximately 200,000 USD) to help those in need.
On January 7th KST, AM Entertainment revealed that actress Shin Min Ah donated 300 million KRW to Hallym Burn Foundation and Seoul Asan Medical Center during the year-end season. Over the past 15 years, Shin Min Ah has donated a cumulative total of 4 billion KRW.
Since 2015, Shin Min Ah has consistently supported burn patients, contributing 100 million KRW annually to Hallym Burn Foundation for ten consecutive years. Her donations have helped treat 201 patients, including 18 children and women in need in the past year alone.
In addition to aiding burn victims, Shin Min Ah has supported study room teachers for underprivileged children, heating expenses for the elderly living alone, and assistance programs for North Korean defector women and children. She has also actively contributed to disaster relief efforts during events like the COVID-19 pandemic, wildfires, and flood damage, showcasing her positive influence in society.
