Renowned actor Lee Hee Joon will make a special cameo in the premiere episode of SBS’s new Friday-Saturday drama 'Love Scout' (Director: Ham Jun Ho, Kim Jae Hong; Writer: Ji Eun; Production: Studio S, IO Contents Group).
'Love Scout' tells the story of Ji Yoon (played by Han Ji Min), the CEO of a headhunting company who is brilliant at her job, and Eun Ho (played by Lee Jun Hyuk), her impeccable secretary. Together, they embark on a journey blending professional challenges with a budding romance.
Lee Hee Joon’s role as Peter Kwon, the first-ever Asian F1 team design lead, adds to the intrigue of the first episode. Peter becomes a prime target for Ji Yoon’s headhunting firm, 'People’s,' as she strives to secure his talent for her client.
Recently released stills show Peter watching his self-designed race car speeding around a circuit while Ji Yoon approaches him with a career proposal. Viewers are left wondering if Ji Yoon’s pitch will win Peter over.
The production team shared their appreciation for Lee Hee Joon’s remarkable performance, saying, “Despite his brief screen time, Lee Hee Joon brought unparalleled energy to his role. This episode not only dives into the captivating world of headhunting but also underscores Ji Yoon’s brilliance as a top-tier scout.”
They added, “'Love Scout' isn’t just a romantic drama—it’s also a deep dive into the unique stories of various professions. We hope viewers will tune in to experience its dynamic charm.”
SBS’s 'Love Scout' premieres tomorrow (Friday, the 3rd) at 10 PM, with the second episode airing on Saturday, the 4th, at 9:50 PM.
