The third lineup for the ‘2024 SBS Gayo Daejeon’ has been unveiled, and the legendary K-pop girl group 2NE1 is set to make a highly anticipated appearance. The event will take place on December 25th at Inspire Arena in Incheon, Yeongjongdo.

This marks 2NE1’s first appearance at ‘Gayo Daejeon’ in a decade, their last being in 2014. Known for their commanding charisma and exceptional stage presence, 2NE1’s return to the ‘Gayo Daejeon’ stage is generating excitement among global K-pop fans, who are eager to witness another unforgettable performance.

Joining 2NE1 in the third lineup are (G)I-DLE, WayV, Lee Young Ji, CRAVITY, TREASURE, BABYMONSTER, NEXZ, and izna, making it a total of nine acts announced in this round.

Previously, the first and second lineup announcements featured a star-studded roster including Key, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, Stray Kids, ATEEZ, ITZY, TXT, aespa, ENHYPEN, IVE, NMIXX, LE SSERAFIM, NewJeans, BOYNEXTDOOR, ZEROBASEONE, RIIZE, TWS, NCT WISH, and ILLIT.

The MC lineup has also drawn attention. Doyoung (NCT), Yeonjun (TXT), and Ahn Yujin (IVE)—praised for their chemistry as MCs during the ‘Gayo Daejeon Summer’—are set to reunite to host the Christmas edition of the show. Having worked together before, the trio is expected to deliver smoother and more cohesive hosting this time around.

‘SBS Gayo Daejeon,’ held annually during the Christmas season, has become one of the largest and most anticipated holiday festivals in K-pop, featuring top-tier artists. 

The ‘2024 SBS Gayo Daejeon’ will take place on December 25th at Inspire Arena, Incheon.
