Korean netizens are not buying the latest claims raised by media outlet Money Today. Rather, many believe that the details revealed serve as further "proof" that Kim Soo Hyun had several "concubines" while in a long-term relationship with the late Kim Sae Ron.

Earlier on April 26 KST, Money Today reported that Kim Soo Hyun had actually dated an idol-turned-actress known as 'A' between 2017-2019, meaning that it was "unlikely" that Kim Soo Hyun also dated Kim Sae Ron at the time. 

The Money Today report cited the above details about Kim Soo Hyun's past relationship, remarks from industry insiders, and more to argue that Kim Soo Hyun did not date the late Kim Sae Ron while she was a minor, and the two stars only dated for a short while between 2019-2020. 

Based on the observation that the Money Today article reiterated Kim Soo Hyun's previous statements, many K-netizens speculated that the report was in fact "distributed by Gold Medalist" as a form of "media play". 

Furthermore, these online community users argued that Kim Soo Hyun's past relationship with idol-turned-actress 'A' proved "nothing but that he two-timed Kim Sae Ron." 

They commented,

"So if he actually dated 'A' from 2017-2019, doesn't that mean he cheated on Kim Sae Ron with 'A'???"

"I can't believe that dummy thought people would actually believe something like this if he just paid the media to write it exactly as he wanted."

"I thought things were quieting down for a while, but nope, he's back to digging his own grave again..."

"What kind of dumb argument is this lol. If someone dated a person at some point in time, that serves as automatic proof that they didn't date someone else at the same time??? That just means he was cheating duhhh!!"

"So Kim Soo Hyun actually paid the media to admit that he cheated on Kim Sae Ron..."

Meanwhile, previously, the YouTube channel HOVERLAB alleged that Kim Sae Ron suffered "mental stress" during her relationship with Kim Soo Hyun due to his numerous "concubines", and only held on because Kim Soo Hyun had "promised to marry her".
