BTS member Jin is set to surprise a select group of fans with a special amusement park event.
On November 11th at 11:00 a.m. KST, Jin announced via Weverse, the global superfan platform, that he would be hosting a special fan event titled 'Merry Run Around.' This unique in-person event will be limited to 50 attendees.
'Merry Run Around' will take place on November 24th at the carousel in Lotte World Adventure, Songpa-gu, Seoul. The event will be held privately before the park opens. Jin plans to ride the carousel with each participating fan, creating an intimate experience. Additionally, attendees will receive complimentary Lotte World passes.
The event location was chosen to align with the main concept of Jin’s upcoming album 'Happy,' which is set to be released on November 15th. The theme of ‘happiness’ adds a special touch to the occasion.
Reports indicate that Jin selected this location with the desire to create unforgettable, joyful memories with fans through an event distinct from traditional fan signings.
Big Hit Music, Jin’s agency, commented, “This fan event was planned based on the artist’s ideas. We hope this will be a unique experience as Jin reconnects with fans in a more personal setting after a long time,” they said.
Jin has been demonstrating his deep affection for his global fanbase, known as ARMY, ahead of his solo album release. Recently, he has appeared on various variety shows recommended by fans and has expressed, “I am always grateful to the fans, and making them happy is my job.”
