BLACKPINK’s Jennie and Japanese actress Komatsu Nana share a hug at Chanel fashion show.

On October 1st (local time), Harper’s Bazaar Japan shared a video on their official channel showing a touching moment between Jennie from BLACKPINK and Japanese actress Komatsu Nana at the Chanel 2025 S/S fashion show in Paris.

In the video, Jennie and Komatsu Nana recognized each other and exchanged a brief hug. Jennie was later spotted sitting between singer-songwriter Angèle and Komatsu Nana during the event.

Jennie’s appearance drew particular attention that day, as she stunned with a bold transformation, sporting blonde hair and a chic ensemble featuring a sky-blue knit top and shorts, exuding confidence. On the other hand, Komatsu Nana showcased an elegant yet relaxed look, wearing a bright-colored tweed jacket and a tied-up hairstyle.

The video quickly went viral, partly due to the past romantic rumors involving both Jennie and Komatsu Nana with BIGBANG’s leader G-Dragon. Back in 2016, Komatsu Nana, then a rising star, was rumored to be dating G-Dragon after being spotted on his private social media account. At the time, neither made an official statement, and G-Dragon avoided confirming the relationship on MBC’s ‘Radio Star,’ stating, “The relationship is not clear yet.”

In 2021, Jennie was also linked to G-Dragon when Dispatch reported that the two were dating, sharing details of their meet-ups at G-Dragon’s penthouse in Hannam-dong. YG Entertainment responded to the reports by saying, “It is difficult for the company to confirm the artist’s personal matters.”
